AMCB Journal Club

Journal Club will be held once per month (generally on the fourth Friday at 11:45 AM) in Rm 102 Larson Building.

Format
Volunteers for paper presentation will called for at the meeting prior to the next scheduled meeting.

Presentors will select a paper and distribute it via email two weeks before the scheduled journal club.  The paper will be sent as a pdf fiel to Dr. Hansen, who will then send it to the group.

At the meeting, the presentor will make a 15-minute presentation of the paper and will then lead the discussion.

The oral presentation should not be a seminar - it is not necessary to show slides although selected slides can be shown if desired.  In any case, the presentation should be limited to 15 minutes.

Attendance and participation in the journal club is totally voluntary.
