Larry Eubanks, Coordinator of Research Programs
Larry Eubanks graduated from Texas A&M University in 1972 with a BS in Animal Science. In 1976 he received his MS from The University of Florida in Animal Science. Larry served has Lab Manager from 1974 to 1976 then again from 1983 until present.

Byron Davis, Assistant Manager
Byron Davis received a BS in Animal Science from Western Kentucky in 1996. He has been assistant manager of the Meat Processing Center since 1997.

Tommy Estevez, Assistant Manager, Retail
Tommy Estevez has been in charge of retail sales since June of 2000. Prior to coming to the Meat Processing Center he was meat market manager for Publix Super Markets for 22 years.
