Memberships to Scientific Societies
Society for the Study of Reproduction
The Society for the Study of Reproduction is a nonprofit society organized to promote the study of reproduction by fostering interdisciplinary communication within the science, by holding conferences, and by publishing meritorious studies. All members receive the Society’s regular publications and are invited to the annual and special meetings of the Society.
Any student in training in the field of reproductive biology who has been recommended by a Regular Member is eligible for Trainee membership. Trainee applicants must provide a letter from their major professor or mentor verifying trainee status. Trainee membership dues are $25 U.S. dollars.

The Endocrine Society
The Endocrine Society is the world's largest professional organization devoted to promoting the understanding of hormonal communication at the molecular, cellular and systems levels to prevent, diagnose and treat disease, and improve the quality of life. The Society strives to be the champion for hormone research, the prime advocate and integrative force for the clinician and investigator, and the major provider of services and information to the endocrine community and the public.
Fellow and Student applicants must submit certification of status as a full-time student in the form of a letter signed by the student's advisor, mentor or program director. Membership dues are $10 U.S. dollars, and are $25 with the on-line subscription.

American Society of Animal Science
Membership is open to individuals, organizations, or firms interested in research and application, instruction, or extension in animal science or associated with the production, processing, marketing, or distribution of livestock and livestock products.
Student affiliate membership is available to any regularly enrolled college student, either undergraduate or graduate, who is certified by a Professional Member/Advisor and does not hold a full-time job. Membership must be certified annually. Dues include access to the electronic Journal of Animal Science. Student Affiliates and Postdoctoral Fellows may subscribe to receive the paper copy of the Journal at an additional cost. Membership dues are $20 U.S. dollars and include on-line subscription to the Journal of Animal Science.
