4-H POULTRY JUDGING EVENT
JUDGING EXTERIOR EGG QUALITY
In an actual contest:
Ø The eggs are lad horizontally on an egg flat.
Ø Grading is based only on the visible portion of each egg.
Ø The eggs must NOT be touched in any way. Touching an egg may result in disqualification.
In the computer program:
Ø The eggs are graded based on the portion of visible in a single photograph.
