JUDGING EXTERIOR EGG QUALITY
Egg shape
There
is a considerable range of egg shapes that could be considered
"approximately
the usual shape" or Grade A.

Eggs that are perfectly spherical (round) or too long to fit in the egg carton (cigar shape) should be graded B quality. |

B quality grade for egg shape will include eggs that are clearly misshapened or that have definite flat areas. |

B quality for egg shape also includes some strange shapes. |

With this egg, it is hard to tell which is the large end and which is
